From handling all the insurance requirements, to product selection and describing/setting installation expectations, through “day of” and post installation clean-up, Kyle was on-site multiple times to ensure our satisfaction. I recently experienced the stress and inconvenience of a flooded basement. I contacted 5 different restoration companies for timeline and cost estimates. NPR was by far the best over all the "large name" companies and some of the smaller ones as well. Nestor and his team moved in on that very day with industrial vacuum cleaners and fans and did an amazing job for a reasonable price. NPR is professional, reliable, thorough and fair.
