My experience with NPR is a very good one. They are fair in pricing and exellent and professional in crafting a quality new roof . I also needed to address my gutters of which they effectively cleaned and added gutter guards. If you call Mr Nester and make a deal with him, rest assured that he will certainly do his part right. First of all, Nestor understood the process of filing a claim and was able to advise me on that, which made all the difference in my ability to get the damage covered. I recently experienced the stress and inconvenience of a flooded basement. I contacted 5 different restoration companies for timeline and cost estimates. NPR was by far the best over all the "large name" companies and some of the smaller ones as well. They came to my rescue when I found water damage to my drywall and later Nestor confirmed that the flashing and ridge cap/vent were not installed correctly by my previous contractor.
