First of all, Nestor understood the process of filing a claim and was able to advise me on that, which made all the difference in my ability to get the damage covered. They came to my rescue when I found water damage to my drywall and later Nestor confirmed that the flashing and ridge cap/vent were not installed correctly by my previous contractor. I recently experienced the stress and inconvenience of a flooded basement. I contacted 5 different restoration companies for timeline and cost estimates.
