I recently experienced the stress and inconvenience of a flooded basement. I contacted 5 different restoration companies for timeline and cost estimates. NPR was by far the best over all the "large name" companies and some of the smaller ones as well. My experience with NPR was really great. Nestor and his expressed team were professional, polite, and detailed oriented. They came to my rescue when I found water damage to my drywall and later Nestor confirmed that the flashing and ridge cap/vent were not installed correctly by my previous contractor.
