My experience with NPR was really great. Nestor and his expressed team were professional, polite, and detailed oriented. They came to my rescue when I found water damage to my drywall and later Nestor confirmed that the flashing and ridge cap/vent were not installed correctly by my previous contractor. Nestor prioritized my need for repairs and within 24 hours the Flashing was correctly installed. I recently experienced the stress and inconvenience of a flooded basement. I contacted 5 different restoration companies for timeline and cost estimates. NPR was by far the best over all the "large name" companies and some of the smaller ones as well. I contacted Nestor with NRP roofing when I needed to file a claim for hail damage to my roof. First of all, Nestor understood the process of filing a claim and was able to advise me on that, which made all the difference in my ability to get the damage covered.
