I recently experienced the stress and inconvenience of a flooded basement. I contacted 5 different restoration companies for timeline and cost estimates. NPR was by far the best over all the "large name" companies and some of the smaller ones as well. First of all, Nestor understood the process of filing a claim and was able to advise me on that, which made all the difference in my ability to get the damage covered. From handling all the insurance requirements, to product selection and describing/setting installation expectations, through “day of” and post installation clean-up, Kyle was on-site multiple times to ensure our satisfaction. They came to my rescue when I found water damage to my drywall and later Nestor confirmed that the flashing and ridge cap/vent were not installed correctly by my previous contractor.
